Money-Back Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid FlowSpot Brighton programs listed with KRW pricing on flowspot-brighton.pro unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise.
2. Eligibility window
Clients may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if the program has not started and no custom materials have been shipped. After the program begins, refunds follow the partial rules below.
3. Full refunds
Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort, when duplicate payment occurs, or when eligibility criteria communicated in writing were not met through no fault of the client.
4. Partial refunds
If a client withdraws after commencement but before fifty percent of scheduled contact hours, a partial refund up to forty percent of fees may be offered at our discretion, net of shipped materials and third-party room fees.
5. Non-refundable items
Printed workbooks, rush shipping, third-party venue deposits, and bespoke research blocks identified as non-refundable in the statement of work are excluded from refund calculations.
6. Process and timing
Email studio@flowspot-brighton.pro with enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where technically possible.
7. Korean consumer rights and contact
